Aperture Seal ID No: V101 (Max’ opening size 1232mm x 632mm prior to lining with FR Plasterboard and 1200mm x 600mm once lined)
Horizontal Linear Gap Seal ID No: V102 (Max’ opening size 616mm high prior to lining with FR Plasterboard and 600mm high x infinite width)
Vertical Linear Gap Seal ID No: V103 (Max’ opening size 616mm wide prior to lining with FR Plasterboard and 600mm wide x infinite height)

Over 513 TBA Firefly™ FRL-/60/60 Systems protecting Electrical, Communications, Mechanical, Fire & Security, Plumbing & Hydraulic, Wet Fire and Structural service Penetrations passing through XLAM 60 Minute Bare CLT 130mm thick Wall System.
All Tested in accordance with AS1530.4-2014 and Assessed in accordance with AS4072.1-2005 and confirmed in Reports from an Accredited Testing Laboratory.
Installation Instructions:
The inside of the Xlam CLT Opening must be lined with 1 x layer of 16mm FR Plasterboard.
Apply a 50mm wide x 12mm thick TBA Firefly™ Penowrap® Gasket glued with TBA Firefly™ Intumastic Brush grade around the perimeter of the face of the aperture and secured using 75mm long x 4.2g needlepoint screws & penny washers @ 20mm from the edges than @ 300mm centres. Treat both sides of the wall. TBA Firefly™ Intubatt® Friction fit to FR Plasterboard lined aperture using TBA Firefly™ Intumastic.

These Reports are from an Accredited Testing Laboratory which meet Specification A2.3 Section 2 (c) of NCC2016 Amendment 1 (Including Prior Versions) & Schedule 5 Section 2 (c) of NCC2019 (Including Amendment 1) for determination of an FRL.
