9.1 GENERAL
In circumstances where the 10m setback distance between the building and the edge of the classified vegetation cannot be achieved, those elements of the building that are less than 10m from the edge of the classified vegetation shall conform with AS1530.8.2.

*If an eave section falls within the 10m buffer Zone then the TBA Firefly Intubatt® must also be installed to the underside of the eave sections on these elevations. The concessions of Section 9.6.6 (c) (i) & (iii) do not apply and (ii) A System conforming with AS1530.8.2 must be met.*

TBA Firefly were the first company to pass the AS1530.8.2 Roof Test which was introduced following the catastrophic Black Saturday Bushfires in 2009 using our BAL-FZ Roof System.
